1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the 9a999 platform, collectively form the entire agreement between you and 9a999 regarding your use of the platform. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 9a999 will close the additional accounts, void any associated bonuses, and may withhold any winnings generated through the duplicate account pending investigation.

3 Account Management

3.1 Login Credentials

You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9a999 username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. 9a999 will never contact you by email, phone, or live chat to request your password. Any instruction to provide your password through any channel should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team immediately at [email protected].

3.2 Account Activity

All bets, deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions made through your account while your credentials are valid are considered to have been authorised by you. You accept full responsibility for all activity on your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 9a999 immediately.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

9a999 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Payment methods may be added, amended, or removed from time to time at 9a999's discretion. Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment method they use belongs to them personally; third-party payments are not accepted.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status. 9a999 does not charge a fee for deposits, however your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete);
• The withdrawal amount must not be less than the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold;
• Any wagering requirements attached to bonus funds credited to your account must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn;

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits offered by 9a999 are subject to these Terms and any additional terms specific to the individual promotion. Where a conflict exists between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.4 Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion will be automatically removed from the account balance. 9a999 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 9a999 platform without the prior written consent of 9a999.
